Today was a great day…although- it didn’t start out so great. This morning was a little hectic since my cell phone alarm decided not to work (you would think having paid all that money for an iPhone this wouldn’t happen!). Since waking up at 6am isn’t something I do naturally, we were a little late! I hate waking up late and running around to get ready. Of course, a little late is an understatement…
Anyway- once we got to the theater everything was all good!
This morning was an awesome wrap up of the UFC series! Pastor reminded us that if you don’t let go, you won’t grow. That’s something I struggle with sometimes…letting go of stuff. It might be stuff I’m holding against myself or others, but whatever it is- I have to remember that I can’t move past it if I don’t let it go. I can’t wait for the new series- It’s going to rock!
Powerhouse was awesome as usual. Moving into the new theater was great! And the skit was hilarious…the actors and hosts do such a great job engaging the kids and making it fun for them to learn. Then our small group leaders do an awesome job of bringing it home to them, while the kids are still having a great time doing activities. I love being in Powerhouse on Sundays…
Then we had Crave tonight! I always love hanging out with students…especially my high school girls! They are awesome. I took some funny videos of our fun tonight- look for them sometime this week!!
Well- I’m tired and school starts back tomorrow! Blah…I can’t express how much I don’t want to go, but only 6 more weeks so I just have to keep going for a little longer! So with that said- I better get going! :)
